I am now at my friend Trisha's house, because her birthday was on 13th June and I had a double nightsleepover :P I just needed to post something! I finished watching Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi) Episode 8 just now and I love the ending theme which is called Okaeri (Welcome Home ) Here I embeded a video of it, it's really nice. Don't bother watching the video itself, you might tink it's weird, because Absolute Boyfriend is to do with a robot lover.
I really like the song. I also updatd my Song of the moment, which should be playing right now, unless you have paused it. That is the opening song of Vampire Knight, one of my favourite and great anime. This is the full version, the opening of Vampire Knight is shortened.

Just watched Kung Fu Dunk on Mysoju.com!! Jay Chou starring in this movie. Quite good! I think he's got good acting skills.
The movie was quite interesting, slightly odd but I mean that's how movies are these days. They're running out of ideas, so they turn to ...'out of this world' ideas. A good movie I would say. Click here to see it at mysoju! 3.9 out of 5. :P

I was really excited to see this movie, especially with my parents! My parents never go to the cinema and I was so happy they were joining us, along with cousins! But the ending of this movie was a bit pointless but that's how stories go anyway.........

Also watching Shattered Angels in between when there aren't any episodes of Vampire Knight I haven't watched, but it's not that good.

This movie poster that I saw on a Soompi forum that Kim told me about (posted by yurikah), really threw me off!!! I got soooo happy looking at the unofficial poster. Imagine what I'll be like when I see the official poster!!! Qatar better have a cinema! Or else! This movie needs to be watched in a cinema. It has action and horror, so in a cinema the atmosphere would be really cool.
The 4th and last installment of Twilight series, Breaking Dawn will be released on 2nd August 2008! I can't wait for this to be out too. There is no picture of the cover yet, but in May somewhere, the special edition of Eclipse will be released and inside will be the excerpt of Breaking Dawn!!!! AHHHHH!! And hopefully it will show the cover art too!!!!! I'm not gonna buy the special edition one though, sadly. (I'll just get told off..I bought the non-special edition for 13 pounds!!!!!!)
And Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight series, is working on a Edward POV book that is the exact same as Twilight, except in Edward point-of-view. It's going to be called Midnight Sun. There is a chapter of it online on Meyer's website, it's the first chapter. It is really good, and I wanna read it, but I have no idea when it will be published. Quite late...maybe 2009? You have to read Twilight first to understand Midnight Sun, in my opinion. Cos it just delves into things, without really explaining it clearly. But of course, I understand it and I love it!!!!
This is all making me very hyper! I am really impatient to see all these wonderful books and movie come out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm watching Tokyo Mew Mew now, an anime. I've read the first two volumes of the manga from the library, but the anime has 52 episodes! I'll go through it slowly.

Woohoooooooooooo exams are over!!!! Now I can relax. Well not exactly. I still have the dreaded results coming back during the next few weeks. But I need to soak up all this spare time just in case I get grounded which i hope does not happen.
So first, what have I not blogged about in the holidays? Well, the thing is I don't have the pictures. They are only on Jas and Sherp's laptops. So view the pix there. But the things I've done in the holiday were re-visiting The Science Museum and The Natural History Museum. We rode on the SimEx ride, MotionRide Sim, IMAX cinema. It was all good fun! We came back at something like 6pm+ i think. And then after that we went to the Empire cinema! To watch a R15 movie. I got passed off as a 15-year-old :P!!!!!! I am Legend is definitely good. I rate 4.5 stars. It's actually a movie adapted from a book by Richard Matheson. The cover looks scary at the Wikipedia search...published quite long time ago: 1954! I have to say though, reading the sypnosis of the book, it's actually different to the movie. Slightly. The movie is a horror one, and is quite scary I would say. Not good for teratophobic people. I think that is the phobia for monster phobia? This movie is more to the zombie side. I just label them monster. Sort of.

I just finished watching an awesome anime last night called Ouran High School Host Club!! Sherp's friend burnt it for her and put it on CD, so i watched it offline. It's really good. Really Funny too..There's a tiny bit of resemblance of this to Fruits Basket. You can sort of see the resemblance between Honey-senpai and Momiji! Both love sweets and both are older than they look. The guy at the top is actually 18!!!! Can u believe that??? Well Momiji (bottom) is only 15-16 i think.
Anyway, Ouran High School host Club is also manga. http://www.onemanga.com/Ouran_High_School_Host_Club/ I started reading the manga, but I personally think that the drawing isn't very nice. I love the anime drawing way more..
I think this anime is one of my favs. 2nd fav. After FB, before Rave Master.

i will enjoy the time i have before exams. lately i am so attached to manga!!!! I just finished Fruits Basket manga series with a total of 136 chapters. I just resumed it today since I started ages ago. I started Rave Master with the book manga and until vol. 14 i switched to manga scans online since the library didnt have the books. Same there with Fruits Basket. I started it in NZ, stopped in the 10s somewhere and then i resumed with manga scans here. I am desperate to read more of Rave Master, but the scanlator hasn't scanned the chapter yet. I'm up to 194, and the scanlator hasn't loaded 193 onto the official website yet. I read the chapter 193 on the scanlator's myspace. I need patience.
If any of you readers want to read manga online go to either these sites: OneManga or Spectrum Nexus . I recommend OneManga is better. I am currently reading Rave Master there, and I finished Fruits Basket there too. I started Fruits Basket in Spectrum Nexus though. I prefer OneManga.
Fruits Basket by Natsuki Takaya Fruits Basket is complete in OneManga with 136 chapters <23>(i think), and I do recommend reading it. It's in English by the way, if you're wondering. I don't just have Japanese reading abilities when i read manga. Romance, Fantasy, Comedy, Drama
Anime Fruits Basket only has 26 episodes of anime, which in the story only goes up to vol. 8. (sad sad :( ) I watched this anime in NZ in English with DVDs.
Rave Master by Hiro Mashima Rave Master is incomplete in OneManga at the moment with 192 chapters (total chapters are ...not sure actually...but there are a total of 35 volumes in total.) In english, some of the chapters' scans look small, so hard to read..using a computer with big screen will help. Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Comedy, Romance (In my opinion, a slight bit of romance. The other genres in bold are really the main genres of this manga. ) Also NOTE: In the manga scans, quite a looot of swearing!
Anime Rave Master's anime has 51 episodes which does not complete the whole story. Stops somewhere but I can't remember. I watched this on youtube, crunchyroll and veoh, swapping around when one didn't have the particular episode. Crunchyroll has all the eps from 1-22. Good quality. NOTE: This anime is in Japanese with English subtitles, also with quite a lot of swearing, not as much as manga though.
There are tons more other manga/anime out there, but these two are my favourite.
I watched the last 3-4 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist last night with Sherp. Quite interesting. Sad ending. But i don't think I would be bothered to watch it from the beginning unless it's someone like Kim or Ally (anime addicts) watching together with me. But they are in the Southern hemisphere right now, so obviously that cannot happen.
My DS is really fun. Even Sherp is playing! Tomorrow is her results for her A Levels. Poor her.
