So...back to school now..then soon are exams! but I really can't wait till exams + results are over, because it'll all be really fun after that! France trip, outings day..etc!
Monday at assembly Mrs Evans gave me my swimming medal for 2nd in class. She also gave me my trophy for Highest Achiever in Yrs 7-8! :D I was supposed to receive it at the end of term assembly but I was at the netball tournament.

The bad thing about Harvington is that they don't let you keep the trophies :( The cups you see in the picture all have to be given in soon! I can't remember when they need it...But still, there is no mark that you got this trophy! No name on the trophy or anything, just give and give back! That's why I have to make a mark and take a picture myself or else I might forget I even got this trophy at all!
Later that afternoon I also received my certificate for my Science project! I made the DNA double helix structure with a powerpoint presentation and I got 1st. I can't show a picture of the certificate right now because of some technical difficulties. I also got a bag of sweets/chocolate as a prize for 1st. :D
The rest of the week was alright, getting into the routine of normal schooldays already. Next week clubs start, and I quit Mandarin for Badminton/Aerobics on Tuesday afternoons! I also have Cross Country at Tuesday lunchtime, then Science club at wednesday lunchtime, and finally Netball at Wednesday afternoons. Yay! All fun activities! :D :D
Hah...The mood of depression has disappeared. I had a depression period twice already. Once was when I came back from Malaysia and I was really really really really upset. Cried for hours. I'm serious. Missed Malaysia so much at that moment. Felt homesick the moment I came into the house. The cold dreary house. Pluh........ The second time was when I really really really missed my best friend Kim. Just missed her a lot. A lot.
So this third time is over. But it was not that serious. A low level of depression; sort of like a huge worry at the top of my Worry List (I'm being honest, I do have one mentally). The most drastic one is of course the Malaysia one. Cried for how many hours for at least 4 days. There was once I just burst into tears in front of Sherp. If you remember Sherp...this was in Jan 2007. I came into your room and I was really sad. And then you tried guessing why I was sad and then I cried. Well, now you know. Not a stupid reason to cry for actually. I was missing Lynna and malaysia so much. (and of course everyone else..but I spent a lot of time with Lynna..and i mean a LOT)
Haih..life goes on anyway. People have these 'times'. I do too, of course. Tomorrow and Thursday I have my drama evenings. I'm one of the lead parts for the class act. A doggie!! :D Hopefully my mum will take some photos :) And then I'll post them here. And also, due on Thursday is my Science project! I made my project : What is DNA? I even made a model of a double helix! :D
I'm gonna go read Eclipse now. And Mummy, if you are reading this, I AM GOING TO BUY NEW MOON NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!! AND ALSO, SHAUNA WILL POST ME BREAKING DAWN WHEN WE ARE IN QATAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MUST HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D THANK YOU. muahahahahahahahahahahaha! (yay! good evil laugh!)

Woohoo it's half-term!! But only get one week. Norris won the Swimming GALA!! Woohoo GO NORRIS!!!!!
I got 2nd in my Frontcrawl race, 1st in my Backstroke race, 5th (last) in my Breaststroke race. I've always been slow at Breaststroke! :P Also our team (Me, Sonam and Sophie) won the Norris Yr 7 & 8 Medley team. Medley is all three strokes as a relay, starting with backstroke: me! and then Sophie with Breaststroke, Sonam took Frontcrawl. Norris Yr 7 & 8 Relay team also won! This is all frontcrawl only! But we screamed so much yesterday I'm surprised my voice is not cracked. We jumped up and down twice as they announced the 2nd team, we knew we won (since we were the only house group left unannounced) and then also another time when Mrs Evans said 1st place: Norris! :D :D :D
Today was the last day of school. Like any other day. But today is also Chinese New Year! Gong Xi Fa Cai!!!!
Finished my Youth Speaks speech! Finally!!!!! But now I have to learn it in time for 6 days!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
I received my first Faerie Queen quest today!!!!! The thing only costed 10000+ to buy, and then she raised my level and something else. Dunno........
I am rereading Twilight again for the second time, using Shauna's book. Gonna buy my own tomorrow! It is such a good book!!! Nearly Harry Potter standard! People you should read it!!! :D
I feel so bored right now! Hardly anyone is online!!!!!!! Haih! Maybe resume reading while I wait for people to online. Leaving most of my homework till errr..later...Going out with Shauna tomorrow shopping!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D!!
I am sooo satisfied that I have finished writing up my Youth Speaks speech, but it is not approved by the teacher yet. I did not write up one of the paragraphed framework that he gave me, because I thought that it would be too long and in the rulebook it says if you go over the time (5 minutes), it will take marks off. And I didn't know what he meant by the 'sentencing and re-education' anyway. But I'm really happy now!!!!!!!!
Today we went to London Dungeons! It was really fun, especially the Drop ride at the end!! But most of the stuff was the same to Edinburgh Dungeons, except the boat ride was better at London, and at London they have Extremis! (Drop ride) It was really fun; 6 of us: Me, Sherp, Jas, Lynn Wei, Koko, D Koko (Danny) :P!! All pix on other comp. :(
I have school tomorrow, and then on Wednesday we have Swimming Gala! I'm doing the Backstroke Medley race for Year 7 & 8 Norris House team! And then the rest in year groups I am going to be racing in the A group for all three Frontcrawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke. I suck at breaststroke, and I have no idea why I'm in A group. Just to get me humiliated by being last. It's a hard stroke to be fast at. I am quite fast at both Frontcrawl and Backstroke, but Sonam and maybe Georgia is faster than me at Frontcrawl. At Backstroke I'm faster unless Sonam let me win the race the other day.....
There's a movie poster that I saw a lot today when walking through the train stations: Juno. It's a movie about a teenage girl getting pregnant etc. Sounds interesting, and I wanna watch it when it comes out on Feb 8th! It's holidays starting on that day! Thursday is our last day. And then I'll have my Youth Speaks competition on Feb 13th! AHHHHH!!
Got quite an awful lot of English homework, but not gonna complete them now. I need to do some geography research on Bulgaria since that's what Shauna and I are doing for our EU country tomorrow for a poster.
Sorry everyone..kinda on hiatus..laziness! I know I should really blog about my trips with the Wongs, but everyone's been doing that, so you'll be seeing the same thing really. SIMS 2!!!! Thanks to Osby! I can play it now, but only sometimes, as it is installed on Sherp's laptop. It didn't work because of some graphic problems... :( It's really fun!!!!
Neopets is not visited by me as often as usual these days. Yes to those people who know me well, will gasp by that sentence. I used to be a Neopets addict. But it doesn't mean i don't go on it. I'm just usually busy with manga and fanfiction and facebook and bebo. but not really with that much with the last two.
I'm scared for exams! I've got 3 weeks holidays, but I will focus my studies on 2 weeks only. Not due to laziness this time. It's because I really want all my notes fresh in my memory so I gotta revise closer to the time. Especially music. I've got 4 pages of notes I want completely memorised word by word for Thursday 10th January 2008. I know music isn't a core subject, but I really wanna do well in it because my teacher might start saying things about disappointment. But I know I will be disappointed. I wanna do well in ALL my exams!! My science teacher has left the school at Christmas, so we will get a new teacher in January. I got 100 in my last science exam so to suddenly do so badly in the next one will be very very very bad! Not to mention if I get bad results OR someone else beats me in the exam and i don't get the highest result, i will get grounded! And very very badly told off..As i said, I wanna do well, but I also NEED to do well. It's all for the report that will be sent off to Qatar so I can get into a good school! Maths:I'm quite confident on my Maths as I know most of my methods. Science: I need to go over my notes. English: *burst into tears* Why am I tortured by having to study this horrible subject with a horrible teacher??? I have to write so many stuff for this exam. I know what i have to do, but it's so torturing!!! :( :( :( History: Need revision of notes a lot! But when I say go over notes, I only read over them. I can't, i simply can't write all my notes out! Geography: I don't think much revision is needed for this. The only thing I'm gonna do is read through my book. ICT: No revision. But she said it's something to do with Publisher, so if i have spare time I will practise. How do you practise using Publisher i wonder...*wonders* RE: Eek..this subject also requires essays in the exam. And you know what? This teacher is very close friends with my English teacher. *GRR* I have to revise and write out these notes I think. French: I got 100 in this last time, so I wanna do really well and get 100 again. I have a feeling I won't but I'm gonna try! Just need to go over everything. Not much notes anyway. Most of the stuff is in my head already. Music: Oooh...this subject takes only 2 out of my 45 lessons a week, but I am determined to do really well on this like i said before. These notes take a big part of my brain! Cos i wanna learn it word for word. On Mozart and his work: Eine Kleine Nachtmusik- Romanze. Need to learn 2 pages of notes, and then revise over remaining 2. Spanish: I prefer French over Spanish cos i think spanish is hard. But we haven't learnt that much this term, so I think it'll be ok if i just look through my spanish book and textbook.
AHHHH! 10 exams. Torture! Sorry for boring all you lot to death talking about my exams. I am quite scared cos I MUST get the top in the class and good results. To me, good results are above 90. Exception: English- above 80. :P To the rest of the class(except some people), good results are above 70. *GIANT HUMONGOUS SIGH*

Recently I've been learning about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in music class and we are also analysing one of his works, called Eine kleine Nachtmusik, which is German for "Little Night Music". We're doing the 2nd movement, called Romanze. Right now I got it stuck in my head that's why I decided, why not blog about it? Hahahaha...I am very random...I am looking for the song on the internet to put here to show you the song. It's very famous..used in advertisements. If you are UK people, then you will know that it is the advertisement song for "Too posh to be privileged" car insurance..haha..funny advert..not really la..I feel like giving facts about Mozart now. At the same time, that is helping me to revise for my music exam in January!

Yay! Today at school we went to a friendly match against Ellen Wilkinson School. It was Year 7 and 8 team going. First Year 7 team played so our Year 8 team practised on the other court. The Year 7 team lost 22-2. ....So it was our turn to play, I played my normal position as GS. It was really fun and we won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The score was 5-1. I really really really enjoy netball..it's so cool!
I know it's a bit late, but I still felt like I needed to keep memories of what I have and my trophies are a great achievement of mine, so I decided to blog it here! :D

Wow! It's back to school now! I will write about Switzerland on Saturday! I have a new girl in my class called Moyo. Everyone else in the class is the same. The form teacher is Mr Kaczmarek. It feels soooooooo weird to be called 'Year 8' now..new maths and ICT teacher as well..gotta go now. Can't online for long on weekdays now!
